What you will do for Siemens Smart Infrastructure:

Proactively engages with customers using remote outbound sales call approach to grow the sales opportunities and serve customers either by integrating with existing sales teams or directly servicing a greater number of accounts. Represents complete BP HVAC components and Automation product lines.


  • Proactively engage customers to develop business using an outbound sales call approach Uses remote communication channels Video Chats, telephone, social media to interact with customers:
  • Secures personal touch point to identify, follow up and close business opportunities
  • Provides information to customers and/or general sales.
  • Analyses end customers' needs and may support their decision-making process.
  • Investigates and pre-qualifies customer contacts / leads based on data analysis or remote customer contact
  • Manage a sales pipeline and develop accounts to uncover and close new sales opportunities
  • Constantly grows the pipeline Uses Sales Force CRM for all activities and account/territory management
  • Research prospective clients and record information in Salesforces CRM
  • Engages cross functional resources, regardless of geographic location, to achieve goal / meet customer needs.
  • Maintains/exceeds phone calls, IMs, email, connect time and pipeline activity goals as set by management team.

Achieves a minimum of daily 50 dials, 50 emails/IMs, 2 hours connect time


  • marketing and sales in product business (1 year)
  • preferably experience in SI industry or Building Technologies (1-2 years)
  • solid know-how of HVAC applications
  • solid know-how in products delivery chains, e-commerce, logistics

Education & Training

  • High School Diploma or greater
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications shows the discipline
  • Experience using Sales CRM tools (Sales Force preferred)
