What will you do if join us? 
• Control project level - in charge of project commercial affaire from project income to project billing, like create project in SAP, check required documentation, download payment/process payment tracking, bank guarantee, delivery, shipment (export) preparation, billing, sales planning etc. – ensure all projects under control. 
项目进度控制 - 负责项目商务事宜,从项目的进账到项目开票整个过程,例如在SAP系统中新建项目信息,下载付款/流程追踪,销售开票计划等,确保所有项目都在有效控制中。 
• Monthly closing - refer to billing information, make relevant bookings (e.g. cost accruals & reverse), create and analyze regular reports regarding commission, license fee, onerous projects and actual product and project cost by type. – sound books and records. 
月度结算 - 参考账单信息,进行相关合同额预定(如成本应计和反向),创建并分析有关佣金、许可费、繁重项目以及实际产品和项目成本的定期报告,做好账簿和记录。 
• Make reports - Refer to order information, make and analyze regular reports by each region by monthly closing for e.g. OI, Turnover, Gross Margin. – provide transparency. 
报告 - 根据开票的信息,制定和分析有关佣金、证书费用和实际产品/项目等项目的费用。根据订单信息,制定和分析每个区域的月度常规报告, 确保信息透明。 
• Operate SAP - create sales order and project, do delivery and billing in SAP, cost run, calculate actual project cost - accurate data. 
SAP执行 - 使用SAP新建销售订单和项目信息,并在SAP完成订单/项目交付和开票信息,费用运算和项目实际费用计算,确保数据的准确性。 
• Lead team-work - guide and coordinate team member’s daily work, to ensure efficiency working in team. 
领导团队工作 - 指导和协调团队成员的日常工作,以保证团队的高效率工作。 
• Perform other tasks / responsibilities assigned by the line manager.

Who are we looking for? 
• Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in finance, commercial management or contract law management related preferred. 
• Fluent in English language skill, including oral and written. 
• Minimum 5+ years experiences for related commercial project management in Sales or similar corporate function. 
• Be familiar with financial administration and standard production workflow. 
• Use skillfully MRPII software and MS Word、Excel. 
熟练使用MRPII软件和微软办公软件,Word、 Excel。 
• Be able to work independently, efficiently, seriously and responsibly. 
• Have ability of communications.
