Job Description

SCM IM Team Leader Leads an IM Local Buying team, implements SCM strategy, standards and guidelines in area of responsibility
What will you do if join us?  
  • Deploys SCM Strategy according to superior strategy.
  • Ensures implementation of SCM standards, regulations and guidelines.
  • Contributes to overarching SCM programs and initiatives.
  • Takes care for effective risk management measures.
  • Ensures efficiency of SCM operations.
  • Responsible for PVO, CNI, PTE, e-Auction rate, no-touch rate and related other KPIs.
  • Heads team assigned, and leads all related staff.
Who are we looking for? 
  • University graduate or above. 
  • Working experience in supply chain is necessary 
  • Knowledge of office software, especially with the knowledge of SAP 
  • Knowledge / Training on legal issues related to purchasing. 
  • Good communication skills, teamwork oriented 
  • Problem solving skills and process knowledge 
  • Fluent in English.
