This position reports to EP Project Management, Manager. The successful candidate will interface with both internal and external customers to execute mid-level complexity projects. This is position allows remote working.

What you will do:
•Project manager for multiple simultaneous construction projects across the country.
•Support project stakeholders on day-to-day activities of projects.
•Demonstrate ownership of project with minimal intervention.
•Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to resolve project issues.
•Facilitate and lead internal/external project kickoff meetings
•Create baseline project schedules and reset customer expectations (if required) upon project kickoff
•Set firm expectations on expected product release dates
•Ability to work with Compas to make configuration changes related to project changes or material adds to orders
•Push releases in Compas per customer request
•Track and coordinate deliveries with project site
•Ability to increase business unit margins through positive value adds on change orders, price escalations and selling extended warranties
•Track and keep customers updated on pressing project issues
•Track ship shorts
•Service and DCES scope management (when applicable)
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive improvements across organizations
•Applies skills to resolve complex problems to ensure successful delivery of projects pursuant to customer deliverables and agreed upon contract terms.
•Displays a high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to cross-functional problems.
•Develops risk mitigation plans to preempt potential problems through the application of concepts, techniques, knowledge, processes, and lessons learned.
•Complies with Siemens policies and procedures.
•Assist and support warranty related claims on open projects while balancing best bottom-line results and customer experience.
•Makes reporting manager aware of project risks and works proactively to mitigate exposure
•Provide Financial Invoice Summaries and reconciliation support to closeout project at the completion of contracted scope of supply.
Required Knowledge & Skills:
•Demonstrates and applies leadership skills, project management concepts, techniques and skills working with Low/Medium Voltage Products.
•Proficient with Microsoft office, COMPAS GO (preferred, not required), SAP, Microsoft Project.
•Excellent organizational skills coupled with strong interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills.
•Achievement & Results Orientation, able to identify complex problems, analyze options, and reach positive, effective, and practical solutions.
•Customer Service Orientation: Works well with Internal and External customers.
•Industry Knowledge Understands our Channels of Distribution Direct and Indirect and is aware of risk of litigation.
•Ability to cut through the clutter to see and address the real issues facing the Project Stakeholders.
•See clearly beyond their own vantage point across functional areas specifically manufacturing facilities in order to successfully coordinate related products.
•Effectively and efficiently communicate knowledge across functional areas both with internal and external Project Stakeholders.
•Accountability & Responsibility for Results Understand the difference between fault and responsibility throughout the life of the project and accept ultimate accountability for project results.
Education & Experience:
•Excellent communication skills.
•BS/BA, BS in engineering preferred, related field or equivalent
•Experience commensurate with position profile and 4+ years including direct industry experience; Low/Medium Voltage Products.
•Experience in leading teams and setting expectations to deliver required results.
