Job Description

Role summary

This position will provide you the opportunity to be exposed to the Compensation & Benefits portfolio across countries in the ASEAN & Australia region. This challenging role will offer you the opportunity to develop and deploy Compensation and benefits programs across the region.

Role responsibilities

  • Contributes to the global, regional, and/or country Compensation and Benefits policies and programs 

  • Monitors competitive trends in Compensation and Benefits and evaluates alternatives and costs.

  • Provides expert advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on Compensation & Benefits-related matters.

  • Perform analysis and research to draw conclusions and make proposals to improve C&B offerings 

  • Collaborate effectively across countries in the region and within the regional C&B hub.

  • Gains and maintains up-to-date information about market trends in Compensation and Benefits.

  • Participates in Hub and/or global projects as required.

Requirements

  • Overall working experience of 2-5 years in Human resources / People & Organization function. Prior experience in C&B and/or consulting firms is preferred.

  • Strong analytical abilities and detail orientation, including proficient use of MS Excel 

  • Good command of written and oral English

  • Flexibility to work in an ambiguous and fast-paced changing environment

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
