Job Description

What are my responsibilities?

• Develop Vertical/Branch business growth of Siemens Digital Industry by improve the competence of target customers: System Integrator.
• Sell and promote Siemens Digital Industry products, solution and services to customer to achieve the agreed sales targets and goals.
• Keep familiar with Siemens Digital industry products, systems, solutions as well as branch technology.
• Continuously increase customer satisfaction, regularly collect customer feedback and implement continuous improvement measures as System Integrator’s Sales.
• Explore and develop customer’s aim and need and develop new business opportunity for Siemens.
• Follow Siemens compliance regulation and rule.
What do I need quality this position?

• Bachelor or above, major in Automation, Electrical Engineering , Motor and Drive orientation is preferred;
• At least 3 years sales experience at industry automation field
• Be familiar with at least one industry and Pharm, Semi-conductor, E&E, Auto, Fine-Chemical is preferred.
• Knowledge on Siemens Digital industry product ,systems ,solutions is preferred 
• Being able to independently work out basic technical proposal based on customer's requirement.
• Capable of scouting and targeting potentials.
• Fast-learning and adaptive-capacity
What else do I need to qualify for this position?
• Able to work under pressure
• Team sprite and strong drive to achieve goals
• Good communication and sales skills
