Technical Support Specialist for Siemens E-Mobility Unit

At Siemens we continue the development in line whit society’s needs by being one of the leading companies within technology that contributes to a better tomorrow. As our Technical Support Specialist you will be part of the unit E-Mobility which is part of Siemens’ business Smart Infrastructure.

We are looking for a dedicated colleague to be part of our local E-mobility team, handling a variety of AC and DC charging solutions and related services, for public and private charging infrastructure in Denmark.

What are your responsibilities?

Provide deep technical knowledge in E-Mobility solutions portfolio which includes:

  • Giving support to Charging Point Operators, partners and to our customers. You will be a trusted support role in our portfolio capabilities.
  • Planning and completing on-site assignments to end-customers and partners on a technical level.
  • Supporting partners with integration and commissioning support.
  • Providing after-sales customer support on dedicated portfolio.
  • Actively contributing with know-how and best practice information together with the E-Mobility Nordic team.

Job location is at the Ballerup Office, with possibility to work remote 1-2 days. There will be on-site assignment in Denmark, where travel is required. E.g. troubleshooting and customer trainings.

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Technology Management and Marine Engineering or similar
  • Background as electrician is a must
  • Interest in the e-mobility market and trends
  • Experience within IT and network technologies is an advantage
  • Previous experience with charging infrastructure is an advantage
  • Experience with customer support operation is an advantage
  • Driver’s license, category B
  • Fluent in Danish and English
  • Office package proficiency
