Job Description

What is the Responsibilities?

Establish strategy by analyzing the customers
• Understand customer’s strategy and operation model by customer visiting and investigation 
• Develop annual sales strategies, formulate customer`s long-term development plans and regularly review the implementation of sales strategies
• Increase Share of wallet and create sustainable growth with Key Account  
Set up virtual team
• Defines product/solution/digitalization/service-related competences and know-how requirements at the key account
• Ensures the implementation of the sales strategy, guidelines and targets in selling assigned products/solutions/digitalization/service to customers and developing business, in order to increase sales and achieve defined commercial targets
• Generate and feedback customer solution that can improve and adapt customer needs based on customer research
• Make Account Business Plan/ABP with team members who have the same measurement
• Work out action plan for business development and bi-monthly review
Build up customer development relationship
• Build up high-level exchanges of visits and expand exchanges between SIEMENS and key account
• Understand customer’s relation map, process and potential for customer
Drive digital business development
• Provide directional guidance and assist cooperation in digitalization concept promotion with competence center at the key account group
• Lead and push the process of digital business with Siemens resource
Regularly report to management
• Documentation for all relevant CRM activities via SieSales for KAM is mandatory
• Report on sales status of national account group and customer development to management
