Then come and join our Siemens Healthineers Malaysia team as National Sales Manager  to plan and monitor achievement of agreed sales targets of a dedicated sales team in Malaysia. 


Your task and responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible to ensures adherence to Sales guidelines and ensures achievements of the targets set
  • You will manage key customer accounts, purchasing groups and business partners to achieve business objectives
  • You will be responsible for sales budgets for the team, territory planning and regularly monitors the achievements 
  • You will directly support Account Team in customer visits and negotiations 
  • You will act as first level of escalation for respective cases and issues 
  • You will support in matters of product and service positioning and provides respective input 
  • You will initiatives and contribute to planning of customer related product development measures, or the setup of customer related projects 
  • You will support in strategic key customers' business development 
  • You will manage the sales team in order to achieve the business objectives

 Your qualifications and experiences:

  • You hold a successfully completed Degree in Electrical/ Biomedical Engineering/IT, Business Administration or equivalent 
  • You have at least 5 years of working experience in sales/ management role and able to demonstrate successful track record
  • You have experience in negotiating major projects 
  • You have experience in establishing strong business networks 
  • You have experience in developing and leading high performance teams  


Your personality and skills:

  • You possess strong persuasive communication skills in English, both verbal and in writing 
  • You portrays excellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to understand complex situations quickly 
  • You have the ability to work independently and proactively 
  • You have the ability to understand business issues especially on market and industry 
  • You have the ability to identify and priorities customer needs and recognizes constraints
