This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Technical Trainer Engineer 3 - Advanced Therapies - Cary, NC, you will:
Conduct complex individual and group technical training courses and activities for employees and customers.
Monitor the effectiveness of course materials, reviews feedback, and modifie/revise course materials as instructed.
Complete the development of new course materials
Maintain comprehensive knowledge on the technical, installation, and operation of all assigned products, tools and services including system overviews, applications, and options pertaining to AT Cardiology and Interventional Radiology.
May identify, evaluate and obtain training programs and materials from external vendors. Trainer will confer with staff and technical training manager to determine training objectives for classroom training. Develop training programs including outlines, transcripts, handouts, laboratory exercises, and exams.
Assist with the creation of training content for the training and development website and e-learning tools.
Deliver lectures on system overview, configuration, applications, and system options of AT systems, following the course description and material.
Demonstrate procedures being taught, observe trainees in lab sessions, and answers trainees' questions, while delivering written, oral, and hands-on assessments.
Participate in meetings, seminars, and training sessions inside and outside of the United States to obtain useful information to integrate this information into training programs.

Work with AT Modality team and the Education and Service Management teams to promote positive customer relationships
Participate and promote internal team integration and networking resulting in a sharing or knowledge.
Required skills to have for the success of this role
BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. ( Biomedical, Product Engineer)Certification may be required in some areas.
Demonstrates and applies a broad knowledge of field of specialization through successful completion of moderately complex assignments.
Successfully applies complex knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization.
Experience in troubleshooting on Artis Zee products preferred
Demonstrates knowledge of organization's business practices and issues.
Typically 3-5 years of successful experience in related field of Angiography service and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.
Complete required training in the Business Line AT and Advanced degree MAY be substituted for experience, where applicable.
Ability to travel Internationally for required training.
