This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a PMO Program Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading Core Teams and Design Change Teams and report into the Director of Assays Program Management
  • Building and developing cross-functional, multi-site contacts within the product development and manufacturing teams.
  • Managing verbal and written project communications to stakeholders (Core Team members, functional managers, development partners, and senior management).
  • Ensuring completeness and archiving of project documentation.
  • Producing budgets and reports for project direct spend and cross-project resource management

This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers

  • You have ample experience in New Product Development projects
  • You have sufficient experience in managing Assay projects
  • You have experience in dealing with external partners and OEMs
  • You have comprehensive training and experience in Project Management disciplines.
  • Have strong leadership and communication skills
  • Have experience working with cross functional teams across multiple geographic locations
  • You have the ability to establish credibility with senior leadership
  • Have strong decision-making skills

Required skills to have for the success of this role

  • Technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. PMI PMP certification desired.
  • Eight (8+) years of experience in product development project management
  • Experience in the medical device industry, preferably Lab Diagnostics
  • Demonstrated highly effective written and oral communications skills including Negotiation skills- Strong analytical skills to assess situations and drive decision making.
  • Ability to coordinate across disciplines and integrate all aspects of business as they impact development projects
  • Experience in producing effective written reports (i.e. published papers, company reports, etc.
  • Position can be remote.
