-  Smart Infrastructure – Electrical Products

Designation: Manager - Business Development Low Voltage Switchgear

Location : Kalwa, Mumbai 

-  Responsible for business development of Low Voltage Switchgear Product / System / Solution from Micro Verticals – especially Water and Waste Water and Navy.

-  Identify growth opportunities and devise strategies to increase our success rate in these high-growth verticals

-  Convert identified competitor accounts to Siemens

-  Collaborate with other business units / VMMs to increase business

-  Support Sales in promoting / developing EP business in these verticals

-  Work closely with Sales to provide project / customers specific support and in closing the order

-  Plan and execute promotional activities for key customers for focus products and new products / standards.

-  Work with specifying agencies (Govt. Water departments, Naval Head quarters / Material organization) to get our new products included the list of approved makes

-  Conduct knowledge sharing sessions for colleagues, create application notes and publish technical articles in journals

How do I Qualify for this job? 

-  B.E Electrical / Electronics engineer with 6-8 years experience in handling LV Switchgear business from End Users, New Projects, PBs, EPCs, Consultants

-  Strong knowledge of LV Switchgear Products and a good understanding of LV Power Distribution and Motor Control

-  Good Market knowledge and experience in prospecting, offer making, optimizing BoQ, negotiating and closing orders from Panel Builders / New Projects / End Users

-  Good communication skills
