Then come and join our global team as a Channel Manager, Business Development (f/m/d) in the COVID-19 Rapid Antigen business in the Point-of-Care Business Area to report to the Head of EMEA Physician Office Lab Franchise, part of our EMEA POC team.

Effective from March 15, 2022 to December 31, 2022 inclusive, individuals working in medical facilities must be able to present a certificate of COVID-19 immunity in accordance with Section 20a of the German Law on Protection against Infection (IfSG – Infektionsschutzgesetz). This does not apply to individuals who cannot be vaccinated against coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 on account of a medical contraindication. A corresponding certificate in accordance with Section 20a IfSG is a prerequisite for the commencement of employment.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will develop Rapids business in pharmacies, distributors and any new segments identified
  • You will achieve or exceed sales and revenue targets for Rapids POC business in the zone Germany / Austria / Switzerland and you will create and manage long term customer relationships
  • You will be part of the go to market strategy for the Self-test Business
  • You will maintain excellent CRM data quality
  • You will attend and assist at internal and external conferences/workshops/meeting, as required
  • You will undertake international business trips (approx. 25%)
  • You can choose a flexible location: Germany / Austria

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have a bachelors’ degree in a business, management, marketing, or economics related discipline
  • You have many years of professional experience in sales and business development, preferably with experience with direct-to-consumer in Germany / Austria / Switzerland
  • Ideally, you have knowledge of Rapids business

Your attributes and skills:

  • As a person you are a skilled negotiator with strong assertiveness and persuasion skills, and you can think through situations from an abstract conceptual perspective
  • You will collaborate successfully with internal and external stakeholders
  • You can influence and manage internal team members and processes across functions and geographies
  • We listen first – You actively listen as a key success factor in dealing with colleagues, customers, and partners
  • As you will be working in an international environment very good knowledge of English and German is a must
