This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Solutions Support Center Manager, you will be responsible for:

·       Drive the implementation and adherence to policies and processes of the Solutions Support Center

·       Develop and Monitor KPI metrics for the SSC Team

·       Take action on results from metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the SSC team

·       Work closely with the Regional SSC teams to ensure process consistency and efficiency to deliver Solutions to customers

·       Drive the definition, training and monitoring of new tools and processes as Ultrasound transitions into a separate entity.

·       Coach, mentor and develop the SSC HQ Team

·       Act as point of communication and contact for the rest of the Ultrasound Service, Sales, Quality, Manufacturing and Engineering organizations

Required skills to have for the success of this role

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • BS or BA Degree or equivalent work experience in medical devices and customer service
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Technical Support of medical devices
  • A minimum of eight (8) years total work experience with continuous progression of responsibility
  • The ability to travel 5% of the time.
