What will you do?

We are looking for a Robotic Process Automation Developer to join our Regional Process Office team in Canada. This role will be based out of Oakville and will be responsible to analyze, optimize, and digitalize business processes

  • Identification of new digital transformation opportunities by analyzing processes and assessing feasibility with the consultants and the process owners
  • Design, develop and test Robotics Process Automation (RPA) solutions
  • Create and maintain design documentation to support development activities
  • Maintenance of the robotic environment, patching and security
  • Monitoring, error handling and maintenance of live robotic automation processes
  • Participate in process optimization & design workshops as part of an agile project team
  • Support internal improvement, ideation, and innovation programs

What will you need to succeed?

  • UiPath Certification and minimum 1 year business experience using UiPath is required
  • Experience in SQL is required
  • Experience in Visual Basic and Macro (VBA) development preferred (or any other scripting language)
  • Experience in Java Script and REST API is preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma know-how is preferred
  • Understanding of process design documents, workflow diagrams and technical design documents
  • Inspired by new technology implementations and eager to learn
  • Being an early adapter to work with different technologies is key
  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with the international project members
