Position Summary: The Adoption and Renewal marketing intern will assist ARN team with the design and implementation of adoption and renewal marketing campaigns. Work will include various aspects of marketing campaigns including but not limited to persona research, adoption content creation, supporting social media marketing. The intern should have a solid understanding of the web and be digital savvy; be highly organized and detail-oriented as well as self-motivated, goal-oriented and possess good interpersonal communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Working with Customer Success Managers and Product Managers to gather insights, priorities and feedback
• Working with Customer Experience team and Strategist on creating an Adoption Center on the web
• Working with Content Creator on the content strategy for Adoption Center and Support Center
• Report on marketing analytics and research, analyzing data
Minimum Requirements:
• Currently in sophomore or junior year of college
• Has completed or currently enrolled in classes related to marketing, digital marketing, communications, or related fields
• Major in Marketing / Communications / English preferred - Strong, polished oral and written communications skills
• Basic understanding and working experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe tools
• Social media management knowledge and experience a plus
• Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, ideally staying with us for at least one year and working full-time during the summer
