1. Actively develop partner management business, including technology partner development
2. Grow business by addressing the market white areas in terms of geography/application/ industry
3. Track performance and implementation of KPIs of the partners and define counter-measures where applicable 
4. Continuously optimize sustainable win-win systematic in terms of collaboration model and pricing  
5. Support partner in market development and annual target achievement
6. Support in effective problem solving in collaboration with related stakeholders
