As a Lead System Architect, you will be responsible to drive progress of strategic automation and digitalization projects in the logistics area of Digital Industries. You will apply your expertise for IT architecture and technology and steer the collaboration between Business, IT, and external service providers to continuously grow and extend our platforms. You will take care of quality assurance and security aspects and incorporate new strategic topics into the solution. Within your role you will collaborate with business architects, subject matter experts and developers to drive enhancements, continuously increase business process automation and drive digitalization activities.

Based on your deep and long-term expertise you will ensure the successful way forward of our strategic solutions and platforms. You will be a part of our powerful, cross-process, helpful team in the global Digital Industries IT Organization.

  • Take over responsible for IT architecture, quality, performance, and security of relevant IT solutions
  • Closely collaborate with business experts, developers, and key-users
  • Steer external and internal partners and be a technical lead
  • Support digitalization and automation in strategic projects for the logistics domain
  • Make sure that the applications are sufficiently documented, continuously reviewed and that necessary improvements are implemented
  • Be responsible for scalability and reuse aspects of the applications
  • Ensure and incorporate enterprise architecture principles

We don’t need superheroes, just super minds

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information systems or in a relevant field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Pega process automation and low code
  • CSSA / LSA certification is mandatory
  • Should have prior experience performing a CSSA role.
  • Understanding of Enterprise Architecture and global IT systems
  • Ability to quickly learn business process know-how and apply to IT technology
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Pega features both on BPM and BRE are required
  • Confident problem solver. Strong attention to detail. Resourceful
  • Familiarity with Agile Practices
