Job Description

Siemens Global Business Services (GBS) are recruiting a Cash Collector with experience to process collections to meet requirements of service level agreements, and to comply with both internal control and credit policy requirements

You will work closely with Cash Allocation and Credit Management and maintain contacts with Siemens customers both internally and externally.

The position is home based, with occasional visits to our fantastic Manchester HQ.

With a background in Customer Service/Credit control, you will:

  • Maintain customer contact records in PEGA CCMT
  • Suggests process or system improvements and assists in the implementation
  • Ensures invoice disputes are updated/closed as appropriate
  • Deal with customer disputes at any level regarding invoices
  • Contact’s debtors to ascertain payment dates, and check payments received in accordance with customer commitments
  • Suggests process or system improvements and assists in the implementation
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager from time to time
  • CIMM/Sharepoint Site and Quality responsibility

We are looking for a customer focused person with credit control/customer service experience and extensive working knowledge of SAP and MS office.  Experience/exposure to Direct Debit collection procedure would be a huge advantage.
