Head of Sales Sweden

Job Description

We are hiring a new Head of Sales with full sales responsibility for the Swedish market.

In SFS Nordics we are expanding our business and are facing exciting challenges ahead driving a customer- centric digital transformation and growth journey of the entire business supporting our local and international partners with bespoke commercial finance solutions. One of our key strategic growth areas is growth in the Swedish market and we are therefore now looking for a Head of Sales with responsibility for the Swedish market.
The role will be based in Solna, Sweden and will interact with Nordic as well as Global colleagues and partners. The role reports to Nordic Head of Sales and will interact closely with Sales Professionals to achieve the sales targets set for the role.

Key responsibilities 

Sales performance and planning
  • Drive the Swedish commercial/go-to market strategy together with other functions in the business.
  • Ensure that agreed Swedish annual and long-term sales budgets are achieved and forecasted properly throughout the year.
  • Actively drive pipeline management and follow-up on sales activities in our global CRM tool application (Salesforce).
  • Responsible for the Annual account planning activities with our large accounts. Budget responsibility.
Strategic sales development and transformation
  • Continuously develop the Swedish sales organization to meet the goals of the business in terms of top line growth, profitability, business model innovation and direct and indirect captive sales relevance for Siemens.
  • Drive the local Commercial Finance business into the future enabling “low-touch” automated digital
  • sales and consultative solution-selling.
  • Close collaboration with our Data Analytics team to make informed decisions based on data to drive performance and efficiency.
Sales leadership
  • Coach, develop, motivate, and support sales team to drive high-performance sales culture, sales transformation and agreed results.
  • Local ownership of vendor and customer facing tools and processes.
  • Together with the Marketing team drive local marketing activities to support sales growth across the market and targeted vertical markets.
Nordic sales community
  • Active contributor to the Nordic sales management team driving sales culture, process harmonization, pipeline management/follow up and crafting of new innovative business models in the B2B financing solutions area.
Business performance
  • Active contributor in developing Swedish business in line with strategy as well as working close with Head of Sales in other countries, Head of Nordic Sales, as well as internal support functions.

What do we expect from you?
  • Take Ownership – Build and implement an efficient and future-focused Swedish sales team in line with corporate strategy (immediate).
  • Accelerate Growth – Implement the commercial strategy locally in line with corporate strategy growing Proximity, 3rd party new business and further deploy and develop International Vendor Accounts across Sweden (short/long term).
  • Optimise Existing Portfolio Business – Ensure that the existing portfolio of vendors and asset groups are optimised based on relevance and relative profitability.
  • Transform and Digitize Sales – Given changing customer needs, adapt the way we sell to our vendors and partners balancing solution-oriented consultative selling with API/platform/digital based selling.

Your background

  • 5+ years leadership experience
  • Experience from driving change and developing your team (inclusive leadership skills)
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both writing and verbally
  • Bachelor degree in business administration or equvillant
  • Good knowledge about the leasing industry
