The role

In this role you will be leading the technology and innovation activities including pre-sales, business development, thought leadership and outreach activities (lectures workshops and seminars). Role will be cooperating closely with internal and external stakeholders to help deliver our strategic business goals. Proactively engage with customers on a continual basis to help foster a sense of partnership and to generate innovative business opportunities. Serve as a trusted expert in technology and other trends impacting the technology industry, staying abreast of product, service, and competitive developments.

Your Team

You will be working with the Siemens Business Units (locally and globally), Business Development and with the Digital Platform MindSphere teams reporting directly to the CEO.


  • Preparation value propositions and presentation material for customers
  • Orchestrating and driving the progress of multiple key strategic projects with internal stakeholders and customers
  • Stakeholder management: building and nurturing strong advisory relationships with key external and internal senior stakeholders including influencing executives.
  • Understanding customer needs and developing a strategic solutions - scoping, analyzing, preparing and presenting strategy checks
  • Drive improvements to the existing Digitalization strategy and business to generate growth.
  • Responsible for implementing In-Kingdom Digitalization strategy and ensuring that technological resources are aligned with the organization’s short-term and long-term needs.
  • Monthly reports to local Executive teams.
  • Continuous alignment with Business Units and Business Development for market potential opportunities.
  • Providing active guidance to team members in the course of key strategic projects.
  • Mentoring junior team members.
  • Identify business opportunities with key customers and providing a business solution.
  • Conduct value creation workshops with customers and align business models in coordination with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Identify the business potentials and drive results to support in increasing of revenues and profitability.

About You

Your Experience

  • 10-15 years’ experience in a technology business
  • Proven technical expertise in at least three of the following: Smart Cities, Industry4.0, Energy Efficiency, Artificial Intelligence and Digitalization/Digital Transformation.
  • Demonstrated experience in problem solving and frameworks and project management skills
  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders and influence people of a diverse range of backgrounds
  • Experience in applying strategic frameworks and tools for analysing strategic problems and developing strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to establish credibility and strong relationships with customers

Your Qualifications


  • Strong academic record (Masters & PhD Degrees in a technical field are Plus)
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and work in a dynamic team environment with tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and self-awareness; problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office applications (esp. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), social networking tools, and database software (i.e. Salesforce).
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt your message to the technical level of the audience and comfort presenting technical materials to groups of any size and background.
