What are my responsibilities?

  • Assist in compilation and dissemination of various types of documents and information.
  • Support and follows-up with relevant project colleagues for open points related to monthly meetings.
  • Handling incoming telephone calls and inquiries in relation to the BHS O&M project.
  • Providing office assistance to the project management team.
  • Understand and work with ERP and other designated reporting tools and software (as per the authorizations and guidelines applicable).
  • Custodian of the site petty cash, and registering all incoming and outgoing documents.
  • Ensure all leave records and follow up with respective colleagues for discrepancies.
  • Extract and check records of all applied/valid gate passes. Coordinate with the Gate pass officer at site and ensure airside pass documentation is complete and up to date in airport portal.

What do I need to qualify for the role?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administrator or any relevant degree.
  • 6 months of internship/industrial training in a similar role.
  • Hands- on with data analysis.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work without close supervision.
  • Proficient in MS Office, specifically advanced knowledge of MS excel.
  • Willingness to work in shifts.
  • Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.
