Job Description

Mission

Handle customer order include new order, delivery and communicate with customer in daily business Make reasonable production scheduling based on delivery KPI and monitor delivery processes and cooperate with production to ensure a smooth throughput of the production orders, follow up and alert the order status during daily business. Make and Monitor Logistic KPI reports.

What will you do if join us?

Keep contact with internal and external customers

Create/maintain master data in SAP; Enter orders into SAP system; Confirm delivery date and track the Order information

Take responsibility of daily reports drafting such as Shipment, PO and SO; follow up Siemens internal process

Do production planning and follow the production order

Report and do data analysis on KPI

Coordinate with PU to settle backlog

Make CIP for order processing/delivery and production planning

Finish tasks assigned by supervisor

Create business transparency BI report on Qlik sense

Who are we looking for?

University degree or above

Minimum 5 years working experience in supply chain.

Knowledge of supply chain process and can monitor and analysis whole supply chain KPI report

Familiar with SAP system; PP and SO module required;

IT background is preferred such as familiar with Qlik sense and Mendix. Able to handle easy coding to draft report.

Advanced communication skill to satisfy customers;

Team work

Prefer positive working attitude and passion

Excellent skill with word, excel and PPT software

Fluent English with both spoken and written.
