Account Manager, Healthcare Imaging Systems (North-East Luzon)

Then come in and join our Philippines team as Account Manager, Healthcare Imaging Systems to be responsible for sales and marketing activities of Siemens Healthineers’ Diagnostic Imaging (DI), Varian (VAR), and Advanced Therapies (AT) products in Region 2, 3 and partially of CAR. You will also support the sales and marketing activities of our business partners in these regions.


Your mission and responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for ensuring proper sales coverage for overall DI & VAR products and minimizing blind sports.
  • You will ensure achievement of overall Sales Targets (i.e., New Order, Revenue, Market Share, Funnel Adequacy and Market Transparency).
  • You will monitor and ensure accuracy for the different sales tools (i.e., transparency, won/loss).
  • You will execute installed-based retention programs.
  • You will be guided by the business leads in performing price calculations, configuration, scope, and offer preparation.
  • You will work with the country sales manager and different business area managers and leads to develop a forward-looking sales and marketing strategy specific to the region/s of responsibility.
  • You will identify focus products and assist in developing go-to-market strategies that would promote and sustain the sales levels and growth on a yearly basis.
  • You will support the planning and execution of short & long-term sales and marketing plans, in the specific region/s of responsibility, that are developed in alignment with the overall country and business area specific targets.
  • You will manage the marketing coordination for conventions, workshops, symposiums, webinars, and product launchings.
  • You will conduct product presentations & discussions in coordination with business leads.

Your qualifications and experiences:
  • You have successfully completed a Degree in Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, Engineering, Radiation Technology, or any related medical allied fields.
  • You possess product and market knowledge of healthcare imaging systems sold in Philippines.
  • Sales experience is preferred or have experience in a hospital imaging department.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing or in a sales support function with direct contact to customers of Healthcare Imaging or related products. 

Your personality and skills:
  • You are based in Region 2/3 or are willing to relocate.
  • You are a strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • You have good presentation skills.
  • You have a can-do attitude.
  • You are willing to travel. Having a driver's license is a plus.
