You can help us improving medical image influence in diagnostics, prevention, and therapy by development of software used to operate state-of-the-art CT scanners.

About project

CT scanner enables doctors to examine human body (https://www.siemens-healthineers.com/computed-tomography).

Our team in close cooperation with international team is contributing to development of software for the state-of-the-art CT scanners e.g.  SOMATOM Force, SOMATOM On.Site as well as NAEOTOM Alpha (world’s first photon-counting CT scanner).

Our software is used in thousands of devices that are used worldwide. Each scanner is used daily by 30-90 patients in emergency departments, cardiology or intervention. We contribute to continuous health care for hundreds of thousands of people a day.

Software development in this area allows us to learn cutting-edge technologies, which we then use in experiments and innovation initiatives.

We expect:

  • Provides strategic direction and technical leadership on testing topics
  • Provides technical input for risk evaluation and management as well as metrics and recommendations as input for product release decisions
  • Guides, coaches and motivates test engineers in his/her team over the entire lifetime of a project
  • Close cooperation with SW architects
  • Analyze the current testing process and practices and drive improvements
  • Define and implement a justified, effective test strategy for the project, aligned with the business and quality goals
  • Leadership and social skills
  • University education (Master's degree)
  • Advanced English language

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: starting from 2700 EUR brutto /month + VAR*
