Your main responsibilities:
  • Drive expansion of Enterprise Services business in Spain developing Value Partnerships with customers.
  • Define challenging and complex solutions that allow customers to achieve their strategic goals and improve quality of healthcare based on our innovative portfolio (in the following clinical areas:  Oncology, Neurology, Surgery, Laboratory, Radiology, Cardiology). 
  • Define and apply new business models that allow to drive changes in healthcare organizations.
  • Strong focus on lead nurturing and opportunities development.
  • Ensure extensive sales support to the local sales organization and technical collaboration and knowledge transfer to boost lead generation.
  • Ensure understanding of customer key driver factors and pain points that allow a detailed definition of project scope and requirements.
  • Bid management and solutions architecture definition based on the SH portfolio and aligned with current trends in market.
  • Manage funnel of opportunities and business development according with the internal methodologies in place (PM@, CRM)
  • Manage and registers opportunities in the CRM system together with Sales. 
  • Support ES Business Development to define future landscape of ES Value Partnerships and solutions.

What do you need for develop this position:
  • Background and experience in Healthcare technological projects. More than 3 years. 
  • Good understanding of Healthcare trends, dynamics and solutions:  workflows, technology, digitalization ...
  • Experience in contract management and negotiations.
  • Ability to make persuasive presentations.
  • Availability to travel nationally.
