- Creates and maintains all databases required for development, testing and production usage.
- Provides 1st line production support/troubleshooting
- Provides technical supporting , perform standard test cases for PD Applications ,PEGA ,RF tool, Ueasy etc
- Proactively fix support issues, provide or suggest remedial actions or route issues to developer for remediation;
- Liaise with external vendor, other support teams and development departments to ensure incidents are resolved;
- Knowledge of Microsoft products
- Any relevant academic technical degree or diploma
- Technical expertise from previous working experience, education, or personal interest (Minimum 6 month experience)
- Fluent in English – a must
- Service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a changing environment
