We provide quick delivery of replacement parts to strategically planned modernization to ensure our customers' systems operate at the highest reliability and availability.

We seek to hire an Assembly Team Manager to supervise and mentor a group (10-25) of Production Technicians, Machine Operators, and Assemblers across two production lines simultaneously with sophisticated production processes.

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Ensures adherence to defined manufacturing guidelines, processes, and procedures.
  • Supervises production activities according to established quality standards and EHS requirements.
  • Contributes to production planning processes and determines manufacturing priorities based on established weekly production schedules.
  • Makes daily assignments and assigns work and tasks to the member of the production group.
  • Interprets specifications and makes judgments about the acceptability of production that is in process.
  • Proposes procedures improvements and implements technical infrastructure.
  • Plans and prioritizes processes and measures in operations, typically managing related working groups.
  • Production: Full scope line in one shift or production sequence across shifts, regularly overseeing a week up to a month forecast period.
To thrive in this role, you have:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Production Manager with people-manager capabilities
  • Mechanical/Electro-mechanical assembly experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of EHS requirements and procedures
  • A continuous improvement-based mentality to identify methods of implementation of lean manufacturing
  • Communication skills to present clear directions to the team and relay production and quality information to fellow Managers, Quality Professionals, and Supply Chain Management.
