Profile for Business Administration – Product Order Management.
A. To govern and support the Order Management  KPI’s of segments and to achieve Product business excellence by improvement of Execution  processes  in line with the company processes and guidelines. 
B. Timely internal and external customer coordination with the objective of maximizing growth, profitability and customer satisfaction within the framework of corporate policy and statutory regulations.
The position involves Product BA activities like
• Creation of Customer code and CF Rating in case of new  Customer.
• Enquiry and Inputs for Commercial T&C with Legal and Taxation
• CF Approval Co-submission process and approval follow up. (Initiation by Sales)
• Tender / Offer  Evaluation and preparation of Commercial part like EMD / DD
• Customer Interaction for ABG/PBG/LC formats validation.
• Draft PO Verification and support to P&E for Order Acknowledgement.
• Customer PO order booking in SAP
• Order placement support factory thru NTC / Motor OS Team.
• Direct order Placement for Germany products.
• BG application / submission to customer for Advance.
• Monitoring Vendor Purchases like bought out items.
• Pre-dispatch coordination with factory for production and readiness and delivery schedule adherence.
• Interaction with  Sales colleagues for delivery schedule and pre-dispatch formalities from customer like ADV/MDCC/LC.
• Logistics formalities - Complete Dispatch and Billing with detailed coordination with factory/CHA/EXIM/Logistics teams.
• Post-Dispatch Documents to Customer / LC Documents to Bank.
• PBG application and follow up with Bank and then submission to customer, arranging confirmations.
• Monthly OV /TO FC  updation. UOV Report preparation and circulation and review with factory/P&E
• Receivable Management - Knocking out Advance/Payments  , Payment follow up with Customer. Debtors analysis and review with Sales / Mgmt. and Collection forecast and controlling overdues within stipulated limit.
• Governance Controls – supporting for various audits, maintaining internal controls.
• Accounting controls an book keeping – Monitoring and Posting of necessary JV/BPO/Provisions in system during execution.
• Review of Orders/OCC/COPA for margins.
