我们正在为西门子数字化工业集团深圳创新中心寻找一名硬件部门经理,领导硬件团队开发工业自动化驱动产品,从规格书、实现到制造引入,负责产品在整个产品生命周期的维护。

工作职责富有挑战性且面向未来:

1、您领导、发展和激励一支由敬业的合格员工和专业人员组成的团队,以实现设定的目标。

2、确保遵守为硬件团队定义的指导方针、流程和程序。

3、你负责工程师的能力、绩效和团队发展。

4、根据组织指南,协调硬件专业团队执行的活动,并控制执行。

5、您与总部就信息共享、硬件开发策略和目标定义进行了密切沟通。

6、通过与产品负责人合作,指导和支持团队工程师和合作伙伴了解产品、客户价值和战略。

7、您喜欢鼓励团队不断学习,加强团队内部以及与其他团队的共享,推动新的创新想法。

任职要求–运用你的技能推动世界前进:

1、本科及以上学历,电力电子,自动化相关专业。

2、8年以上硬件开发经验,有大规模、复杂驱动产品开发项目经验,至少 3 年以上领导硬件设计团队的经验。

3、精通数字/模拟电路原理设计,熟悉研发流程,具有产品生命周期管理经验。

4、具有较强的领导能力、决策力、清晰的逻辑分析能力和优秀的沟通协调能力。

5、具有跨文化意识,能够在多元化的国际环境中进行合作和领导。可以适应变革并不断学习或创新。

6、具有熟练的英语听说读写能力。

We are looking for a hardware department manager for Shenzhen Innovation Center of Siemens digital industry division to lead the hardware team to develop industrial automation drive products, from specification, implementation to manufacturing introduction, and be responsible for the maintenance of products throughout the product life cycle.

Your new role – Challenging and future oriented

·       You lead, develop and motivate a team of dedicated qualified employees and professionals to achieve the targets set.

·       You ensure adherence to defined guidelines, processes and procedures for the HW team.

·       You are responsible for engineers’ competence, performance, and team development.

·       You coordinate activities performed by the HW team of professionals and controls execution according to the organizational guidelines.

·       You closely communicate with HQ for information sharing, hardware development strategy and target definition.

·       You coach and support the engineers in the team and partners to understand the products, customer value and strategy by cooperating with product owners.

·       You love encouraging team to continuous learning and enhance sharing within team and with other teams, drive new innovative ideas.

Your Qualifications – Use your skills to move the world forward

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in power electronics or automation.
  • More than 8 years of hardware development experience, large-scale and complex drive product development project experience, at least 3 years of experience in leading hardware design team.
  • Proficient in digital / analog circuit principle design, familiar with R & D process, with product life cycle management experience.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, clear logical analysis and excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Have cross-cultural awareness and be able to cooperate and lead in a diverse international environment. Adaptation to change and continue to learn or innovate.
  • Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
