Then come and join our in-vitro CEET team part-time (10-20 h/ week) as Working student (f/m/d) for DX Customer Services. 

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Training bookings for CEET service partners
  • Partner Updates reporting in Fiori (P58)
  • Partner warranties - process partner warranty requests (enter with additional relevant data to the Sharepoint, send them to management approval)
  • Ibase maintenance in Siebel for partner countries launch: Romania, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Palestine
  • PPI, PSI, II escalations on behalf of partners
  • Registration for remote-connection of partner instruments
  • Support IBASE cleansing actions requested by the HQ
  • Monitor Partner Updates actively and prepare monthly reports for the service partner management
  • Support Partners and Partner Manager with standard requests (prices, remote alerts, Updates information, …)

Your qualifications and experience:

  • University student
  • Administrative skills
  • Position/tasks are time flexible (can be done any time but some tasks like urgent price requests or warranties may need to be accomplished the same working day)


Your attributes and skills:

  • Proficiency in English is a must (contract level), further European languages like German or other CEET country languages are very
  • beneficial - fluent or native.
  • Effective communication skills as well as high social skills, openness and tolerance, “Can do”- mentality, structured work methods, strong analytical skills, good time management and very good sense for numbers complete your profile

The gross annual salary according to the collective agreement for this position is at least € 33.619,32 (full-time). Depending on education and experience, overpayment is possible.
