Then come and join our global team as Senior Manager (f/m/d) Processes / Data Privacy Ambassador (f/m/d), to support our Treasury organization in the field of data privacy.


This position is full-time or part-time with a minimum of 30h/week.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • In your role as Senior Manager (f/m/d) Processes, you will be responsible for the Treasury processes as a subject matter expert with a focus in internal controls, authorisations and data protection
  • You will independently provide support within Treasury globally and support in the implementation of the specifications by the governance owners  
  • You will ensure adequate technical concepts and train the treasury organisation on internal controls, authorisations, processes and data protection
  • You will ensure a suitable authorization concept for the treasury organization worldwide as well as for banks and further develop existing concepts
  • You will also ensure the definition and updating of processes in collaboration with the process owners  
  • Efficient coordination, cooperation and communication with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders are important for the execution of the task
  • You will be able to coordinate topics with senior management

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have a degree in an economics-related or legal discipline, e.g. business administration or law
  • You have many years of professional experience in the field of processes, internal controls and/or data privacy 
  • You have very sound technical and process-related knowledge in one of the fields above
  • You enjoy dealing with legal topics when required
  • Ideally, you already know the Siemens Healthineers internal processes and are familiar with the portfolio as well as the organisational structure of Siemens Healthineers


Your attributes and skills:

  • You have an excellent knowledge of English, enabling you to operate successfully in our international environment. German language skills would be a plus
  • You have the opportunity to bring your creative freedom to a growing environment and optimize processes 
  • You are adept at building strong, trusting relationships, and you promote collaboration within and between business units
  • Your qualities include assertiveness and an ability to develop sustainable solutions with the various stakeholders
