What will you do if join us?
In charge of securing early involvement into the development process of new products according to the defined milestones, checklists.
Responsible to drive and maintain the purchase parts list
In charge of specific material fields/suppliers: responsible for demand analysis, market analysis, supplier analysis, RFQ, cost comparison, decision making in cross functional teams
Responsible for the annual negotiation and contract management with the supplier Close and frequent cooperate, communicate with other Siemens Locations Worldwide, especially with commodity manager.
Drive and implement common agreed activities within SI E Procurement, such as second source and localization
Support material planning to ensure material availability for production
Push design to cost / localization process to attain the target costs derived from target costs workshop for materials; to reduce total material costs by fulfilling the required functions
Technical support for strategic purchasers to optimize enquiry, quotation evaluation and implementation of potential savings in materials
Carrying out benefit analysis workshops with key suppliers to concentrate on the key functions of the components/projects.
Who are we looking for?
At least 8 years working experiences in procurement department
Preferably in an international enterprise
Preferably mechanical or electronic background
Preferably have CPSM / CIP
University graduate, Prefer to Mechnical/Electronic major
Good knowledge on procurement processes
Good technical understanding
Good negotiation skills
International / domestic trade knowledge Contract Management
Knowledge of MS-Office and SAP
Very good written and oral communications skills in English
Initiative of one's own / proactive
