Job Description

What will you do if join us?
1. Timely handle the inquiries or requests regarding to spare parts and services. Provide the quotation to customer for non-warranty service and spare parts.
    及时处理有关备件和服务的咨询或需求,为客户提供保外服务和备件的报价。
2. Negotiate, draft and sign service contracts with customers, follow up order execution, customer payment and quality feedback.
    与客户洽谈、草拟、签订服务合同,跟踪订单执行、客户回款以及质量反馈。
3. Receive spare parts and repair orders, record and track service progress, coordinate with related departments to ensure timely delivery.
    接收备件及维修订单,记录并跟踪服务进展,协调相关部门确保及时交付。
4. Focus on cost composition and cost changes to make reasonable cost estimation and cost control for services.
    关注成本构成及变化,对服务进行合理的成本估算和成本控制。
5. Collect service data and provide effective support to other functional departments.
     汇总服务数据,对其他职能部门提供有效支持。
6. Complete other tasks assigned by superior.
    完成领导交办的其它任务。

Who are we looking for?
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Mechanical and Automation or related is preferred.
    本科及以上学历,机械及自动化相关专业优先。
2. More than 3 years’ experience in motor manufacturing or Customer Service
    3年以上电机制造或客户服务相关经验
3. Good skills of Microsoft Office software.
    熟练使用Office办公软件。
4. Good English capacity of both writing and speaking, have experience of collaboration with international teams.
   良好的英语听说读写能力, 有国际团队合作的经验。
5. Skilled ability of data analysis and solving problem.
    熟练的数据分析和解决问题的能力。
6. Excellent communication and learning skills.
    优秀的沟通和学习能力。
7. SAP experience is preferred.
    有SAP经验者优先。
