This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Escalation Manager you will be responsible for:

• Leads and coordinates cross-functional efforts for very complex or mega-account

Hotsites; develops a consolidated stabilization plan that ensures efficient use of

Siemens resources and results in improved customer satisfaction.

• Utilizes predictive analytical data to target strategies that improve customer

satisfaction and reduce service costs.

• Develops, tracks and reports Hotsite-specific KPIs that reflect customer

temperament, stabilization activities and resolution status.

• Manages communications with CS management and internal/external business

partners.

• Drives resolution of Hotsite issues through collaboration with key stakeholders (e.g.

Regional Support, local Service, BA, OEM).

• Utilizes predictive analytical tools to identify potential product or Service issues

that may negatively impact customer satisfaction or Siemens support cost.

• Develops and delivers HQ Management reports on the outcome and impact of

Hotsite Management efforts.

• BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certification may be required in some areas.

• Typically 8+ years of relevant experience in related field and successful

demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge.

• Demonstrated abilities to lead cross functional teams without authority.

• Strong organization and strategic planning skills.

• Excellent interpersonal, intercultural and communication skills.

• Analytical and problem solving expertise.

Required skills to have for the success of this role

• BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certification may be required in some areas.

• Typically 6+ years of relevant experience in related field and successful

demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge.

·       Certification in Program/Project Management preferred

The pay range for this position in  NYC or Westchester County, NY   is 143000 - 197000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
