 Siemens Mobility Spain Project Execution HOME department, would like to get onboard a person willing to lead the Project Management at Siemens process, together with some related processes about Project Scheduling and Documentation Management. 
He/She will be trained in the latest processes and tools that we use to manage these areas of knowledge, in order to become an expert within our organization, so he/she can provide support and guidance to our Project Managers’ community. This vacancy could be described, as it is known in other companies, as Project Management Office, although we don’t use this terminology in our organization. Instead, the name of Project Execution Support is used.

Main functions and responsibilities:
• Support to the PM@Siemens process via the EPIQ tool:
o Project’s configuration
o Manage the user’s access
o Creation of Letters of Empowerment and follow up of their signature process
o Participation in project milestone review meetings
o Creation of Organizational Charts
o Creation of PM Target Agreements and follow up of their signature process
o Attendance to audits
• Support to the Documentation Management process:
o User administration in the department’s Sharepoint sites
o User administration in Project Wise BIM for the PE-HOME projects
o Creation of new repositories in Project Wise BIM for the PE-HOME projects
o Facilitate the proper archiving of the project’s documentation
o Bid documentation migration at the project start
o Maintenance of the Project’s List
• Support to the Project Scheduling process:
o User administration in the Ms Project Online database
o Support to the Project Managers on the proper use of the tool
o Monitor the compliance of the project schedules with our internal processes
o Creation of reports
• Support to the Area and Portfolio Managers
• Continuous improvement promoter

•            MS Office skills.
•            Experience in project planning, either in Ms Project or Primavera 
•            Previous experience with ERP is a plus
•            English & Spanish proficiency.
•            Advanced Excel.
•            MS Project / Project Online.
•            Oracle Primavera
•            SAP.

•            Ability to work in a team, good communication skills and a results-oriented approach.
•            Good level of Spanish and English, spoken and written.
