Then come and join our global team as Clinical Solutions Sales Lead (f/m/d) Neurovascular Care to lead the Go-to-Market and commercial strategy for Neurovascular Care (NVC) across business lines.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will develop strategies together with the zones and all business area sales teams to identify zone specific approaches to grow business in NVC field by providing strategic sales leadership and becoming an integral player in the sales channel/team
  • You will drive, own, and ensure the quality of NVC lighthouse project funnel together with clinical ambassadors, Zone and HQ sales teams and all relevant stakeholders
  • You will establish the overarching Go-to-Market strategy for Siemens Healthineers in NVC fields in-line with the Neurovascular Care vector targets by aligning all stakeholders
  • You will define new offering packages along the clinical pathways with relevant business, Enterprise Services and Customer Service and explore potential business models for digital offerings
  • Together with the Neurovascular Care Vector Team, you will monitor the market trends, reimbursement schemes and clinical developments to identify new sales opportunities/fields to grow in Neuro field
  • You will create and maintain a process for integration of all relevant Go-to-Market inputs that all are surfaced effectively with stakeholders and reported correctly
  • You will create culture & process for sharing of best practices / USPs / standard tender texts
  • You will set up international cross-modality Clinical Conditions reference sites in key markets together with the zones
  • You will host regular trainings / bootcamps and collect support needs
  • You will drive customer focus through customer visits, pathway representations, clinical society meetings, customer focus meetings etc.
  • You will report the key achievements on Go-to-Market and commercial activities to management

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You hold a completed university degree in economics, business administration or biomedical engineering
  • You have many years of professional sales experience in the healthcare sector
  • You additionally have several years of experience working in cross-functional matrix environment across sales, marketing, and product teams  
  • Experience in customer-centric market analytics and business model design is preferable
  • You have in-depth clinical knowledge in the Neurovascular field
  • You have profound strategic sales and market access experience
  • You have the capabilities to understand and explain the clinical pathways and workflows

  • You have very good English-language skills and are confident within an international environment

  • You can travel globally (up to 50%) on a flexible schedule as needed
