Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average of 60% of your working hours.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You talk to our customers* in the run-up to a project and develop a basis for the go/no go decision
  • You will participate in the kick-off workshops with our customers and define the requirements for the respective project
  • You will support the analysis of the existing content, define the project plan and all required deliverables with learning objectives and define the required training methods
  • You will contribute to the creation of the defined learning formats and materials as well as their publication and maintenance
  • You will implement the trainings after prior coordination and publish the web based trainings
  • After implementation you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the training measures

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have a successfully completed Master's degree in the field of media sciences, economics or comparable.
  • You ideally have some professional experience in the desired field of activity and are well versed in addressing specific target groups
  • You find it easy to describe complex issues in simple terms and to communicate these in training sessions
  • Ideally, you have experience in training development and delivery or WBT production.
  • You have already had contact with the in-vivo/in-vitro business
  • You have experience with SHARE/Shareville applications


Your attributes and skills:

  • With your very good communication and presentation skills in English, you can easily hold trainings as well as interact with international colleagues and customers; German language skills are an advantage
  • You are willing to travel internationally (25%)
  • You can inspire others with your ideas and are adept at dealing with external customers and can communicate with them at eye level
  • A quality-conscious and independent way of working, social skills and assertiveness round off your profile
  • You show passion in what you do and are able to inspire and convince with your ideas
