Job Description

Position:  Head of Sales Operation
Working Location:  Hanoi. Full time employee
Business Unit:  Smart Infrastructure- Electrification and Automation

Areas of Responsibility/Tasks:

Business Strategy 
  • Achieves business unit (BU) strategy, business goals and budget target, offering portfolio and market segmentation, profitable growth of business volume, business target agreement profitability.  
  • Business Target Responsibility of the profit and loss of the BU on the basis of the business target agreement (BTA). 
  • Initiates and directs measure and action to enable and support achievement of BTA by Sales, 
  • Project management, Technical Support, Process Management and Tools.
  • Leads and directs team measures and actions to ensure qualification of Services and know-how of products, system, and solutions. 
  • Leads Product Portfolio Management, Quality Management, Project Execution, to improve organizational performance (business excellence).  
  • Budgeting and Controlling Control cost-, and profit for the Sales Operation. 
  • Directs and supervises realization (controlling).    

Reporting structure
In country manager: Electrification and Automation Country Management

Required Education /other required Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in the relevant expertise/technical competencies. Ideally, electrical engineering degree or comparable. 
  • Strong financial & strategic skills and experience in managing a P&L. 
  • Strong sales operation management background, offering system and solution, project management skills Solution and Service experience would be beneficial. 
  • Experience in working in a multicultural organization and staff. 
  • Capable to guide team members to pursue common goals and to influence subordinates and peers with ideas and solutions.
  • 5 + years’ management experience with Electrification and Automation in power energy sector
