Your new role – challenging and future-oriented.
  • In your role you are heading the international PLM and R&D Finance team of SI GSW for all portfolios, with major interfaces towards PLM as well as R&D functions
  • By doing that you act as entrepreneur for all financial topics of the complete product lifecycle, evaluating especially the investment patterns with stakeholders of and beyond the PLM team
  • Providing financial guidance and framework for our software products (e.g. license and pricing concepts) are also part of your task area
  • Additionally, you set-up and execute business case evaluations which drive the software product demands 
  • Extending a global reporting and controlling system and providing monthly/quarterly reports with meaningful KPIs are within your scope of work
  • Furthermore, you provide and evaluate sourcing strategies together with the PLM and R&D teams
  • Implementing proper and compliant finance processes and providing expertise in Siemens controlling standards, policies and procedures complete your field of activities
Your qualifications – solid and appropriate.
  • A University Degree with background in Finance and Accounting, Business Administration studies or any equal education is the basis of your success 
  • You have already gained experience in the software environment with regards to license management and software services as well as cloud strategies and SaaS business models / operations
  • You are familiar with agile development methods
  • You are an expert in understanding financial accounting processes and procedures, financial reporting, financial planning and liquidity management 
  • You are a hands-on self-starter and self-manager, who loves to work in a fast-paced environment and holds a high degree of initiative
  • Superior analytical and forecasting skills combined with excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills in both English and German complete your profile
