The Renewal Maintenance Sales Lead is an integral part of the renewal team, with the end goal of accelerating growth, improve retention rate and setting the renewal team for success.


Key Responsibilities


• Lead a team of maintenance sales rep to secure on time maintenance orders for SEA.

• Connect with partners/customers directly to negotiate terms and conditions to consult and sell specific product and upsell.

• Drive maintenance orders to convert them to SaaS with external and internal stakeholders.

• Collaborate cross functionally with Sales, Pre-sales, Sales Operations and Customer Success team to close maintenance orders.

• Identify customer needs, pain points and demonstrate account management capabilities and risk migration strategies to guide renewal closure.

• Drive and own pipeline reviews with maintenance sales rep.

• Conduct quarterly business reviews with key partners and customers.

• Execute a consistent sales methodology with solid spreadsheet skills and be accountable to deliver highly accurate forecast.

• Streamline reporting, identify, present trends (positive and negative) and insights from business data sets that give suggestions on how those trends can enhance retention rates.


Qualifications


• 6+ years of sales experience in the field customer success, renewals, account management, sales operations and quota carrying role.

• Proven years of work experience as Senior Renewal Sales or experienced in leading a team.

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or equivalent with strong analytics background.

• Ability to understand Maintenance and SaaS business.

• Analytical mindset with passion for data and yet ability to see “the picture”.

• Excellent customer management skills with external and internal stakeholders leading to customer retention and adoption for SaaS model.

• Familiar and demonstrated good proficiency regarding contract renewal processes.

• To be hands on, dig into details, and possess strong negotiation skills to front partners or customers

• Superior attention to detail and demonstrated ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver results under strict deadlines.

• Meeting the desired goals and establishing metrics.

• Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel, Power BI is required.

• Prior experience with Salesforce.com, SAP preferred.

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English, and other languages among SEA countries will be preferred.
