  • This is a 3rd shift position. 

  • Shift hours are: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM Monday through Friday
  • Training period may require a modified work schedule
  • Overtime and on call support is required based on business needs

This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Medical Diagnostic Instrumentation Service Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Troubleshooting system performance issues and making effective repairs
  • Running diagnostic programs and reading electronic logs
  • Performing preventative maintenance activities
  • Performing database backups and updating software
  • Installation of new analyzers and performing installation qualification activities
 

This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers

  • Strong understanding of fluidic systems and electronic controls
  • Must be capable of following written instructions and reading schematics
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience working with computer interface control systems
  • Experience working in a laboratory setting
  • Ability to work autonomously

Required skills to have for the success of this role:

  • Associate degree or 2-year vocational technical training in Electronic Technology or Electro/Mechanical Engineering discipline
  • 3-6 years’ experience supporting medical diagnostic equipment
  • Experience supporting Siemens Healthineers analyzers is preferred
