The role offers a wide variety of interesting and challenging opportunities to the right candidate to join our Industry Sales Team at Siemens Regional Solution & Services (SI RSS)!

As Siemens RSS, we offer smart building solutions and services, energy efficiency and digitalization solutions to our customers. We are searching for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic sales support professional who will create compelling proposals that meet the needs of our potential customers and conduct other supportive sales activities!

What are my responsibilities?

  • Coordinate with sales professionals for new customer proposal requests.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements. Being a part of project design, providing tailored solutions to customers, creating the highest work efficiency and profitability.
  • Conduct necessary research and communicate with suppliers to create the best fitted solution for the customer.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Commercial & Logistic, Purchasing, Service Operations and Project Management Departments to submit a comprehensive offer.
  • Prepare project calculations, technical and commercial offer documentation for submission to the customer in a timely manner.
  • Respond to questions and clarifications arising from the proposal submitted.
  • Coordinate with other sales support professionals to keep product/price information up-to-date, to be aware of the latest developments in the sector, and to run process improvements.
  • Participate technical training/conferences and stay up-to date in the weak-current sector.
  • Make required preparation for efficient project handover to Project Management.

What do I need to qualify for this role?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
  • Advanced level of Fire Safety, Public Address, CCTV, Card Access and Building Automation system knowledge.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales/Product Management in related fields.
  • Expert level of knowledge in MS Office (knowledge in AutoCAD is preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of commercial fundamentals.
  • Excellent command of English both written and spoken.
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
