Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop extensive knowledge of current market conditions and competition. Support market research and competition analysis on the foreseen and planned activities.
Support manager to execute global projects in China (i.e. HPS, Hoshi Kanri, Pricing Excellence, etc), ensure smooth implementation and timely deliver, by working with both Global and field team to implement the projects, in line with global framework, track the progress and monitor its effectiveness with recommendation to improve.
Support market Intelligence related tasks. Design, develop and implement digital dashboards using data visualization tools
Transform the results into concrete actions and effectively drive communication and implementation across the organization;
Support DX business strategy execution and monitoring;
Coordinate and consolidate report and provide data support for business analysis.
Other related projects or tasks assigned by manager or company
At least 3-5 years’ working experience in medical device, pharmaceutical or healthcare sector. Market strategy consultation experience is preferred.
Bachelor degree or above
Major in medicine, medical laboratory, biology and healthcare related is preferred
