Job Description

Job Responsibilities:  SCM and Logistic Assistant

Monitoring and Processing of Importation Transactions.

§  Reviews and Approves pre-alert shipments and accuracy of import documents on a timely manner.

§  Checks and approves pre-alert computation of Import Duties & Taxes prepared by partner brokerage.

§  Handles payments of Import Duties and Taxes including preparation of booking entries.

§  Ensures completeness of importation documents timely maintained/stored in the designated Sharepoint by Accounting.

Monitoring of Moving Inventories In and Out from Warehouse.

§  Closely monitors and maintained Inventory List of items at warehouse.

§  Coordinates with Warehouse Manager the Delivery schedule of goods to end Customers.

§  Ensures Proof of Deliveries are provided on a timely manner to Bus. Admin. (BA) for billing issuance the customers.

Provides Regular Updates on Delivery Status of Customer Orders.

§  Maintains Order Processing Log.

§  Provides Partners / Customers weekly update on the delivery status from factory.

§  Reviews open GR/IR accounts to ensure all open items are closed/cleared on a timely manner.

Others:

§  Housekeeping: Regular review and closure of issued Open Purchase Orders.

§  Other tasks ot special projects that maybe assigned from time to time.
