Mission of Function : CS-CRM

Dimensions of Function : Build CS strategy and focus on rev/Profit growth


Responsibility

  • Keep high CCR and avoid price erossion by selling value of maintenance.
  • Develop new maintenance plan and lead CS growth in revenue and profit.
  • Collaborate with all related div. internally and exxternally.
  • Understand global streatgy and implement into Japan market to lead CS initiatives.
  • Follow compliance guideline and take action ased on integrity.
  • Understanding BL strategy and support sale to sell maintenance and product.
  • Create new idea or cost saving as PCS and implement together with Regional and Education department.
  • Analyze market needs and competitor trend,

Skills and Knowledge
  • Wide knowledge of Medical industry. (In vivo and In Vitro)
  • Project management skill and strategy plannning skill
  • Data analysis with using existing contract data to find future solution
  • Experience of CS and Marketing
  • Inter personal comunication skill to work thgether with all related div.
  • English communication skill (Business level)

Experiences
  • CSE experience
  • Data analyze skill (Power BI, Micro soft)
  • Experience of PJ management, and conduct PJ successfully.
  • People management in global company
  • Diversiity, Experience of global communication
