Areas of Responsibilities:
Identify innovation topics/opportunities together with stakeholders of BL (business lines) and clinical experts in China.
Provide professional consultant to project stakeholder on prioritizing the opportunities with systematic evaluation matrix and related evidence out of the innovation study.
Drive innovation projects from scoping, planning, execution and reporting. Support the transfer of the deliverables.
Coordinate involved internal (local/global)/external stakeholders as well as needed resource, and handling contracts as well as related documentation. Solve conflictions and ensure timely delivery.
Manage and conduct co-creation in multiple formats, focus on clinical opportunities, challenges, workflow, feasibility, etc.
Develop and organize innovation activities to build up the innovation competence and culture for the organization.
Close interact with stakeholders in multiple dimension.
Regularly interact with global peers.
Continually develop innovation topics and activities in innovation center, considering strategy, resource, budget/funding and stakeholders.
Other tasks defined and assigned by supervisors or requested by peers.
Dimension of Function/Volume:
≥5 years experience in healthcare industry, including at least 3 years experience in one of the roles: Innovation management/product management/clinical collaboration/usability design.
Familiar with innovation process/method, rich experience in managing innovation projects/collaboration/co-creation projects with high quality delivery and impact.
Good clinical understanding on one of the domains: cardiovascular, neurovascular, cancer care, or other related area.
Good understanding on PLM process of medical equipment or related digital solutions.
Good technology understanding.
Good team player and enabler, shown leadership in project management.
Good at communication and presentation in English and Chinese.
Self-organized and proactive in driving things forward.
Master degree or above in relevant field.
