Business Title: Deputy manager - Customer services

Location :Bangalore

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform installations, start-ups, maintenance, repairs and updates of all the siemens healthcare diagnostics products.
  • Communicating and accept all operative advices from the Customer Care Center. 
  • Supporting the Service process and ensure optimal performance in all process activities related to within his/her area of responsibility 
  •  Escalate incidents according to the defined parameters and inform The Customer care Center on all escalation  issues.
  •  Planning and performing the preventive maintenance of the assigned Ibase.

Education and Experience

Engineering in Electrical/Electronics and Communication /Biomedical/Instrumentations & experience 3+ years in same field with good communication skills
