As the Customer Engagement Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:
  • Responsible for coordinating the company's customer site visit travel needs for domestic and international
  • Schedule flight accommodations and procure necessary documentation such as request form, customer approval, RVP approval and compliance approval
  • Ensure that travel needs are met within the constraints of company policies
  • Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures within a particular field
  • Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
  • Monitor submissions and send all final approvals to appropriate individuals
  • Work with BCD Travel to arrange customer air travel for site visits
  • Use sound judgment to obtain best pricing while taking customer travel schedule in consideration
  • Coordinate final flight itinerary package for Siemens requestor
  • Log all travel site visits
  • Process all site visits expense reimbursements through Concur in a timely manner; cost center allocation, documentation and compliance accuracy required
  • Reconcile all expenses for AMEX with required documentation in a timely manner; address any discrepancies and obtain resolution
  • Manage the SharePoint Site Visit Concierge intranet page with key information and documentation 
  • Provide regularly scheduled reports 
  • Manage all customer purchase orders for the Diagnostic Imaging department
  • Participate as needed in special department projects and events

  • Understand complex policies and procedures; deal with confidential data and understand and follow directions
  • Appropriately prioritize requests
  • Work flexible hours
Required skills to have success in this role:
  • Related administrative/clerical experience
  • Software proficiency with at least 5 years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of vocation/technical training or an Associate degree may be required
