Then come and join our global team as Senior CRM Controller (f/m/d) for Varian Cancer Therapy (CTH).

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average of 60% of your working hours.

This position is full-time or part-time with about 30h/week.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You drive the CTH growth and profitability as responsible Sales Controller for several zones in partnership with CTH Marketing, Sales, and Service
  • You are responsible for forecasting, controlling, and analyzing sales targets and target achievements of incoming orders, turnover, profit, price erosion and other KPIs
  • You are involved in the establishment of the CRM controlling process within CTH Finance
  • You will support financial and regional management with reports and analyses for performance reviews, comments, and other ad hoc opportunities
  • You will work closely with the CTH Sales team and be responsible for and will drive sustained price management through strategic and operational price control (PRF), process implementation and reporting to support profitable growth (PRF Target Setting, PRF Erosion tracking, Deal Scoring Tool etc)
  • You ensure compliance with RPS guidelines in coordination with the Zone Controller and the Siemens Healthineers transfer price office
  • You will also be responsible for ad hoc reports as well as special projects like process optimization and automatization
  • You are involved in strategical sales synergy projects with VAR RoS Finance Team
  • You are coordinating the MTA/MBR process for zones (Unit Planning, CRP, Volume) from a financial point of view

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have a degree in Business Administration or similar
  • You have comprehensive and several years of experience in financial analysis and controlling in CRM and Sales, preferably within Siemens Healthineers or related industries. Experience in SCM is a plus
  • Since you will be working with Country Controllers from all over the world, having worked abroad for several years and bringing in that experience is a great advantage
  • You are an expert in MS Excel and Powerpoint as well as in SAP BW / BO
  • You have experience in the digitalization and automation of controlling/financial processes as well as experience with modern digitalization tools, e.g., in automation, data visualization and/or advanced analytics


Your attributes and skills:

  • Your English is fluent; German as well as additional languages are a plus 
  • You have strong analyzing skills and bring a high level of goal orientation
  • You have the diplomatic communications skills to juggle the interests of colleagues in other regions as well as the headquarters
  • You have a structured way of thinking and enjoy working in a teamwork environment
